Credifixer operates as a sole trader providing professional credit repair services through two packages: Standard Credit Clean-Up (£500) and Comprehensive Credit Restoration (£900). These services involve reviewing, analyzing, and assisting in the dispute of inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information listed on clients' credit files across major credit reference agencies. While Credifixer aims to support clients in improving their credit standing, Although results can vary based on individual circumstances, Credifixer applies proven methods to help maximise your chances of achieving positive changes
2. Client Responsibilities
To enable Credifixer to perform its services effectively, clients agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal and financial information when requested.

Grant Credifixer permission to contact credit reference agencies, creditors, or relevant third parties on their behalf when necessary.

Promptly respond to requests for supporting documentation, clarifications, or signatures.

Follow instructions, recommendations, and timelines provided by Credifixer.

Regularly check emails and communication channels for updates or required actions.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may reduce the effectiveness of the service, cause delays, or prevent successful dispute resolution.
3. Results and Refund Policy
Credifixer is committed to delivering a high standard of service; however, credit repair outcomes depend on factors beyond Credifixer's control, including but not limited to creditor cooperation, credit reference agency policies, and the accuracy of client-provided information.
No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

The client fails to provide necessary information, documentation, or communication.

The client does not follow instructions or recommendations provided by Credifixer.

The client changes their mind after the service has commenced.

Creditors or credit agencies refuse disputes due to legally valid entries.
All fees become non-refundable once work on the client's file has begun.
Credifixer does not guarantee:

A specific increase in credit score,

The removal of valid and legally correct information, or
-
Approval for future credit applications.
4. Client Acknowledgment
By purchasing a package, the client confirms that they:

Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Agree to the non-refundable nature of the service once commenced.

Understand that credit repair results vary and are not guaranteed.

Authorise Credifixer to work on their credit reports within the agreed scope of service.
5. Disclaimer
Credifixer provides credit repair assistance only. All guidance offered is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Clients needing such advice should consult a qualified professional. Credifixer is not responsible for decisions the client makes based on the information provided.
6. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Credifixer is committed to protecting client information. All personal information will be handled in compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
Credifixer agrees to:

Store client information securely,

Use client information solely for the purpose of credit repair, and

Never share or sell client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring any documents or information sent electronically are transmitted securely.
7. Communication and Time frames
Credit repair is a process that may take several weeks or months depending on the complexity of the issues involved. Credifixer will provide updates as necessary but does not guarantee fixed turnaround times for dispute resolutions, as these depend on third-party response rates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Credifixer will not be liable for:

Any loss arising from actions taken by creditors, credit reference agencies, or other third parties.

Consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Rejections from lenders or credit institutions after credit repair work is completed.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Credifixer's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
9. Termination of Service
Credifixer reserves the right to terminate services if:

The client provides false or misleading information,

The client becomes uncooperative or abusive,

The client refuses to follow required steps.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Clients may terminate the service at any time; however, once work has begun, no refund will be provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be handled exclusively in UK courts.
